Join YPO Global One at Columbia Business School for our 9th year of this immersive learning experience designed for leaders navigating an increasingly interconnected world.

For five days in New York City, participants will explore what it takes to lead, grow, and scale organizations across markets, cultures, and borders. Combining academic learning, peer exchange, and curated experiences beyond campus, the program examines the forces shaping global business and the capabilities leaders need to thrive within it.

As the world becomes more interconnected, the challenges facing today's leaders increasingly extend beyond any single market or geography.

In 2027, the CEO Academy evolves to reflect that reality. While previous programs focused on broad leadership development, the 2027 experience places greater emphasis on the opportunities and complexities of leading across borders. Participants will explore topics such as international growth, global talent, culture, capital allocation, and operating in uncertain environments.

Grounded in the academic excellence of Columbia Business School and enriched by the perspectives of Global One's worldwide community, the CEO Academy now more closely reflects the unique identity of our chapter: leaders navigating a smaller world.

ONE EXPERIENCE, THREE LEARNING PATHS

CEO Academy

Designed for YPO members and their Key Executives leading organizations in an increasingly interconnected world. Through classroom learning, peer exchange, and conversations with global operators, participants will explore the opportunities and challenges of leading across markets, cultures, and borders.

Emerging Leaders Academy (YNG)

Created for next-generation leaders ages 18–30, this pathway helps participants develop the skills, perspective, and confidence needed to lead in a rapidly changing global environment through academic learning, discussion, and peer connection.

Spouse / Partner Experience

Designed for spouses and partners who wish to engage with both the learning and the community. Participants join select program sessions while enjoying curated New York City experiences that foster connection, cultural exploration, and meaningful conversation with fellow YPO families.

Key Executives of YPO may also register for the CEO Academy track.

NEW YORK AS A LIVING CLASSROOM

As one the world's centers of finance, media, diplomacy, and commerce, New York offers a unique opportunity to explore the institutions and systems shaping the global economy.

Through curated experiences beyond the classroom, participants gain firsthand exposure to the people, ideas, and organizations influencing international business and global affairs.

CERTIFICATE AND ALUMNI STATUS

YPO Members and YNG participants who complete four years of participation earn:

• Certificate in Business Excellence (CIBE)

• Columbia Business School alumni status

Please note that participants in the Spouse / Partner Experience are not eligible for certificate or alumni status.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All registrations are subject to a 10% non-refundable fee.

Cancellation received on or before 31 July 2026: 90% refund
Cancellation received 1 August – 30 September 2026: 75% refund
Cancellation received 1 October – 31 December 2026: 50% refund
Cancellation received 1 January – 28 February 2027: 25% refund
Cancellation received after 28 February 2027: Non-refundable; transfer or defer only

Registration Transfers / Deferment

Registrations may be transferred to another eligible participant or deferred to another year, provided the event organizers are notified before 1 June 2027, subject to approval by the event organizers. After 1 June 2027, no changes will be accepted.
